Intro Reiki Session, Online Distance Energy Healing for Clarity, Release, and Protection
This introductory Reiki session is a gentle and supportive way to experience energy healing for the first time, or to return to Reiki if it has been a while. This session is designed to help you release built-up emotional and energetic tension, calm your nervous system, and restore balance in your body and mind.
Your session is held remotely, either by phone or Zoom, so you can relax in your own space while still receiving the full benefits of Reiki. Distance Reiki works through intention and energy, not physical touch, and many clients find it even more powerful because they feel safe, relaxed, and open in their own environment.
During your session, I work intuitively with your energy field to clear blockages, soothe emotional overwhelm, and support areas of your life that feel heavy, stuck, or drained. If you are open to it, I may also work with angelic energy to bring in extra support, protection, and grounding. This is always done with your consent.
This intro session is ideal if you:
Feel stressed, overwhelmed, or energetically drained
Are sensitive to other people’s energy and need clearing
Want to feel calmer, lighter, and more grounded
Are curious about Reiki but do not know where to start
Want gentle energetic support without pressure or intensity
Before your session, you will receive a short intake form so I can understand your intentions and tailor the experience to you. After your session, many clients report feeling deeply relaxed, emotionally lighter, more clear minded, and energetically protected.
You do not need to believe in Reiki for it to work. You simply need to be open to receiving and resting during the session.
This session is a beautiful first step if you are ready to reconnect with your energy, release what no longer serves you, and feel supported again.
Where Reiki session will be held:
A Zoom link will be emailed to you before your scheduled session. Please check your inbox and spam folder to make sure you receive it. You can join the session from your phone or computer, and no special setup is needed. Simply find a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax and receive.

There is no “right” way to experience Reiki.
You do not need to believe in Reiki, visualize anything, or try to make something happen for it to work. Simply resting and being open is enough. Reiki does not force change. It supports your body and energy in releasing what is ready, at your own pace.
Distance Reiki works through intention and energy, and it is just as effective as in-person sessions. Being in your own space often allows your nervous system to relax more deeply.
