Returns & Refunds policy

We want you to love your art piece as much as we do! However, due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our creations, returns and refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Items: If your art piece arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at liliummoonphlox@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly offer a refund once the damage is verified.

  • Non-Damaged Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for items that are not damaged, as each piece is uniquely crafted and infused with intention.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following business address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Shipping Information

  • US Orders: Typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary and can take 7 to 21 business days, depending on customs processing in your country.

  • Tracking Number: All physical art orders comes with a tracking number and signature required.

GPSR EU and Northern Ireland

Due to the new GPSR Law, I will not be able to ship any art to countries in EU and Northern Ireland at this time. Thank you for understanding.

I am able to ship art pieces to England, Scotland, and Wales.
